What I am trying to do with my work is touch my readers and listeners emotionally with my own particular and occasionally peculiar viewpoint. I am attempting to show my audience something I think is different or unique and worth noticing. In this way I hope to form a bond with the audience and evoke emotions or feelings we can share.
